I was researching and i found out that one child dies every week in England and Wales from abuse! when i read this i was quite shocked. it maid me think because I here about all these murders and kidnapping that happen in the UK. But then i heard a news report that n some kids in the UK dont enjoy living there because of abuse and murders the kids are scared to stay in there own homes but are also scared to go out side.h

As I have been researching I found some explanations of different types of abuse.

Physical: when an parent/guardian or other adult injures a child on purpose. it is also when an adult gives a child alcohol or drugs on purpose.

Emotional:Is when an adult doesn't show that they care for a child so the often yell and criticise the child which can leave kids afraid of they're own parents.

Neglect:neglect is when an adult doesn't look after a child. as in they don't take care of a child's food or medical needs witch can often Leeds to the child's death.

I was reading an article on the website shown below as i was reading i found out about a 8 year old boy named Raijon Daniels who was killed by his own mother last October. I wounder how a mother could kill her own son after living with him for 8 years. the article said the young boy had been tortured and no one had taken any notice to it until he had died. I thought about how if i was hi teacher and i saw him coming to school with bruises or cuts i would try to find out what was happening why he had injorys wouldn't you?

Causes
The causes of child abuse are if a some one doesn't now the difference between telling off and abusing. Alcohol and drug abuse are other main causes. But it isn't always an adult who causes the problem it can also be the child if they come home to an empty house all the time after being out. It can also be because the relation ship with a parent or Cardin isn't good. all these thing can lead to child abuse.

I know that this is a huge problem and so many kids are abused every day. The NSPCC is a company is trying to stop/help this problem. Alcohol is a source to the problem. I hope to learn how many kids this happens to and what the main rezones are.
